I wanted a lightweight version of the Ford 3Z-624/5Z-204 exhaust pack nut wrench to throw under the back seat of my Model T Ford to use for just snugging loose pack nuts while on tour. I make these wrenches from CNC laser cut 5052 aluminum in 1/2″ thickness. While this aluminum version is meant ONLY to snug a loose nut, I can also make them from abrasion resistant 500 steel in 1/2″ thickness which will take much more abuse when trying to remove stubborn nuts.
